Mark A. Bross is a Boston small business lawyer and is the owner of Bross Law, LLC. Bross Law, LLC provides world-class legal services to businesses in Boston and the South Shore of Massachusetts. Mark has extensive experience setting up limited liability companies (LLCs) and corporations, creating contracts, and advising businesses about intellectual property and employee issues. Mark has a long track record of solving difficult problems and producing outstanding results. Mark graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University in 1995 with a B.A. degree. He pursued a Ph.D. in Philosophy to tackle complex philosophic problems and wrote an award-winning dissertation that solved the problem of epistemic justification. He earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo in 2003.
After teaching at Colgate University, Mark wanted to work on solving more practical legal problems that mattered to businesses and individuals. He attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School – one of the best law schools in the country. Mark excelled at this Ivy-league school and graduated in the top 10% of his class in 2007. He employs the logic and reasoning skills acquired and refined in his Ph.D. studies to the practice of law.
After graduating law school, Mark returned home to New England. As a Boston attorney, he excelled at some of the biggest and best Boston law firms. Mark gained extensive experience helping big companies and represented a broad range of clients in a variety of complex matters. These clients include software companies, investment companies, insurers and reinsurers, accountants, retailers, hospitals, manufacturers, closely held corporations, and restaurants. Mark’s legal skills and success in helping his clients has been recognized by his peers and he was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star and Massachusetts Super Lawyer from 2013 to the present. This honor is bestowed on no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in Massachusetts.
Mark enjoys spending time with his family and dogs. Mark also enjoys spending time exercising, reading at the beach, and watching Boston sports.
