Mark A. Bross is the founder of Bross Law, LLC, a Massachusetts business law firm built for small business owners. A top graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holder of a Ph.D. in Philosophy, Mark brings Ivy League training and over a decade of big-firm experience to every client.

He’s worked with some of Boston’s top law firms, gaining deep expertise in business formation, contracts, intellectual property, and disputes. Today, he brings that same high-level legal insight to small businesses—without the big-firm price tag.

Our Story

Bross Law, LLC was founded with one goal: to make high-quality legal support accessible to small businesses in Boston and the South Shore.

After years in top Boston firms, Mark saw how smaller clients were often underserved or overcharged. With a Ph.D. in philosophy and a strong foundation in business law, he built a firm focused on practical, affordable solutions. Today, Bross Law is known for its client-first approach, creative problem-solving, and flat-fee legal services that meet businesses where they are.
